Step1

Scheduling: Each trade need sufficient time to complete it's job. Same with budgeting you'll need to budget your time for each trade. Total the time. Write everything.

Contracting: Have the contracts reviewed by a professional and make sure there is a firm completion date on each trade to meet your scheduling.
